The application includes three main sections:
(A) Institutional Database: Quantitative information on each public school in Georgia. Incomplete list of data includes: (a) number of students and teachers, their characteristics; (B) the school budget; C) information about the school principal; D) student-teacher ratio; (E) costs per student; F) qualification and age of teachers; (G) School infrastructure and available resources; This section will enable citizens, schools, municipalities, local education resource centers, ministry agencies, to combine data and learn more about local contexts at the institutional, district, regional and central levels.
(B) Submitting a Report - This special section will enable students, parents, teachers, schools and the interested public to file a complaint or write a report on deficiencies and challenges in schools. The department will allow users to sort their accounts by the following tasks: (a) infrastructural; (B) ecological; (C) related to the Covid-19 pandemic; (D) access to educational materials and resources during training, etc.
C) Reports and Response - Reports on schools and responses from the institutions responsible for a particular complaint. The website collects information at the level of each school, district, region, which will make it possible to compare the results by region / municipality.
(D) Reports and data analysis - various statistical and qualitative data.
